Who is responsible for your data

QENTRA, CVR 46522591, Denmark ("QENTRA", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, information about your current quality system and anything you choose to write in the message field.

We use this only to contact you about QENTRA, to hold discovery calls, and to invite you to demos and the Founding Partner programme. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (art. 6(1)(b)).

Who processes the data for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are in dialogue with you, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
